Release Day with Lesa...

 

Today is Release day for the NEW November CC Designs stamps and Cutters Mittens die.

Lesa Rapp, our Design Team Leader has created this FABULOUS banner to inspire us. Lesa used Swiss Pixies Hello Birgitta, CC Designs Cutters Mittens, Five Point Flower and Leaves dies. 

 

 

 

I asked Lesa to share about her banner with us...

"Die cuts are one of my favorite jump off points when I stamp.  I wanted to make a banner because I recently got my SB pennants.  I thought Hello Birgitta and C.C. cutters mitten and five point flower with the leaves would be perfect for a banner.  I am also on a paper piecing kick so I paper pieced Birgitta's clothes.  This banner also has a little bit of memories of my childhood so to speak.  My Dad's name is Leon.  When I was a child my Mom had a Noel decoration that held tiny candles.  It was ceramic and in 4 pieces.  He would always move her pieces so it said "Leon".  I always think of him when I see Noel decorations as I no longer have him with me on this earth.  It always brings a smile to my face to think of him."

November Release Preview Day One...

 

Welcome to CC Designs November Release Preview Days.  Brrrrrrrrrrr!

I love snow, but living in Tennessee we don't get very much. So the next best thing? Draw them! I bring you a very funny Laugh Snowball ready to pelt you with the snowball behind her back. Poor little Snowman lost one of his gloves, but he still has a happy little smile on his face. The Mitten Die matches Snowman, they are a cute 1" x 1 1/4", perfect to add those cute little additions to your projects.
