I ALWAYS put my tree up the night before Thanksgiving. I don't know, there's just something about having a beautiful tree up while we enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. It's just a wonderful backdrop for a nice evening with family!

Mine is up immediately after Thanksgiving-- after a full day of shopping, I come home and put our main tree up-- I LOVE Christmas-- so I can't wait for it to start! :) I LOVE the new cute little monkey too!

We've always put our tree up around my B-day the week before Christmas. We go out and cut one down and the smell of the fresh tree in the house is wonderful and then add Christmas baking. It makes waiting so late in Dec. in WI to get a tree and freeze your "cheeks" off worth it :o)

WOW, I love this stamps ;)
We usually put ours up the secound week of December.

My birthday is Nov. 30th and I always plan to put up the Christmas tree on my birthday. Sometimes it doesn't work out if its in the middle of the week. I love decorating for Christmas

Uh, I sure don't have my act together like the other commenters!
A couple to a few days before Christmas - single Mom raising 2 boys and working... and since everyone (including out-of towners who stay here), comes to my house I have to clean before I can decorate!
I'm luvin the monkey series, it would be fun to win one!

The monkey is so cute! The design team did such a great job with the samples. Our tree always goes up the day after Thanksgiving.

OH lovely a lovely set again :)
In Holland we have Sinterklaas that is a children's festivity like Xmas only Sinterklaas comes on december 5th and in the evening you hear a loud noise and then there are all kinds of presents. (mostly your neighboor is working together with the parents :) LOL
But I always put up my tree the day after Sinterklaas. And the tree always get purple balls in it. And it depends on what kind of mood that I am if I want to oriental feel i also include Red/ Orange and gold balls to create the most beautifull tree ever ;) In my eyes ;) hahahaah And I have a lovely Tinkerbell in a red dress for on the top of the tree :)

Hi - our Christmas tree goes up the first weekend in December -- but we have to be careful of the cat - he just thinks it's a giant scratching post! We have loads of different stuff on the tree... would like to be colour co-ordinated but I'm not, my girls get to go each year an buy a new decoration, so we have angels, santa - even a few disney princesses! They have also been given by teachers decorations so they are all on there too. Love the set by the way!

Ohh how cute are the new stamps?! We always buy our tree one day before Christmas (Dec 23) and decorate it the same day with beautiful red and golden matte and shimmering ornaments. Oh I LOVE Christmas!
Posted by: Jay Jay | November 05, 2008 at 12:19 AM
Ours goes up mid December, although this year we will only have a small tree on the bench as my daughter is just starting to walk. (Her 1st birthday is Dec 15).
Posted by: Cass | November 05, 2008 at 01:22 AM
Well I would put the tree up now if I could, but my OH is a little more pratical about these things so perhaps second weekend in december - unless I really work on him :) Kim

we usually wait until the last minute to put ours up, but we have small kiddos...last year i bought all plastic ornaments, so maybe our tree will go up a little early

We usually put our Christmas tree up about a week before Christmas and take it down after the new year. I like my tree with a lot of lights and I always add at least one new ornament a year. Have a beautiful day and thanks for the chance to win!
Posted by: Kim Stevens | November 05, 2008 at 02:27 AM
We usually put up the tree the first weekend of December. We use ornaments from our childhoods (all of the keepsake ones from grandparents, godparents, etc.) and then the new keepsake ones our daughter has received. To fill in the rest of the space, we use red and white glass balls and lots of lights.
Thanks for the chance to win!

We ususally do it in November when we have a chance...we do a gold and burgundy theme

We usually put up our tree around December 1st. I have 2 trees, one all snowmen and one with the other ornaments. I can't wait! Sherri

We usually put ours up the weekend right after Thanksgiving so within a couple days of turkey :) It is decorated with all sorts of wonderful ornaments (and it is so full, we wonder where another ornament will go sometimes!!) and multi-colored lights.
Posted by: Mary | November 05, 2008 at 03:19 AM
We put up our tree whenever I have finished a good weekend clean. So it is basically whenever I feel like it :) We have ours decorated in Red and White with most of the ornaments being handmade to show our support for our favorite sports teams (NCSU Wolfpack and Carolina Hurricanes).

We also put our up the first weekend of December too or December 1st & I let the kid's decorate the tree because when I was growing up my Mom was so "particular" about how the tree looked that I never was able to decorate it - so I let the kid's have fun! with everything multi colored!

We usually go out and cut down our tree the first week of December and decorate it a few days later. I used to do an artificial tree and put that up the day after Thanksgiving but we've started a new tradition of cutting a real one.
My tree is just decorated randomly with decorations we've collected through the years and of course, all the beautiful decorations our children have made!
Thank you for the chance to win! This set is awesome!
Hugs

We don't put a tree up anymore as we are at our kids house for the holiday. We do decorate the outside of the house and that is typically around the first of Dec.

We usually put our tree up the first weekend in December! This year we will be bringing home a baby girl that weekend!!!! So I guess this year the tree will have to wait!!!!!!!

This monkey is soooo cute!! If we are doing a fake tree, I like to put it up Thanksgiving weekend. My husband prefers the real deal, so we alternate every year. Of course, the real deal fell last time and broke all my ornaments.... so we are probably sticking with the fake tree for a while. :) My tree does not have a color theme. It's full of ornaments that strike our fancy or reflect our life. (NASCAR, Football, ATVing, pets... I need a scrapbooking ornament!)

Cute cards!! We usually put our tree up the first weekend in December as well! Beth

Very cute set. Usually we put up our Christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. We decorate it with multicolored lights, ribbon, beads and various ornaments that we have collected or made over the years.

I would LOVE to win this cute stampset =)
My family have a fun job when it comes to christmastrees. We get to go to my cousins forest (yes, he owns a forest), where we take down several trees for our whole family (cousins, aunts and uncles etc.). On these trips I also pick out a small tree, which I put in my bedroom and decorate. We don't have a set day to put the tree(s) up, we just do it when we have the time, after it has been sitting in our garage and gotten use to the current temprature. But it's usually not long before christmas. However, at what time I put up other christmasdecorations in my bedroom, that's another matter =) When I get in the mood, I start putting up decorations, that is if it's december yet, though. I do limit myself to not doing so until december =)

Our tree goes up the weekend right after Thanksgiving. It is decorated with all the ornaments that we collected over the years ... what a lovely time to reminisce of the places that we've been!! It is my favorite time of the year!

We don't usually put up our tree until right before Christmas...3 big dogs + big tails + small space = DISASTER!! And this year I have a little toddler to add to the mix, so it will probably go up right before and come down right after! Thanks for the chance - that monkey just kills me! :o)

We havn't put up a tree in the last couple of years because we spend the last 2 weeks of December out of town. I really hope that maybe we can put one up this year because I LOVE Christmas trees. And I love this monkey, I am so excited he is in a Christmas set.

What a GREAT set! We put up our tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. It's my favorite time of year, and I can't WAIT to jump right in. The tree stays up until the Epiphany, and then it all comes down and goes away until the following year.
Can't wait to see the rest of what you have in store!

We (or should I say I), usually put up our tree around the 1st of December. this year we will have our 1 yr. old granddaughter around so it may have to be tied up!

What a great set. Unfortunately, Joyeux Noël is missing the dots over the e.
I put up my tree in early December. We always buy a live tree, so it can't go up too early.
Posted by: Tamara | November 05, 2008 at 06:31 AM
We put up our Christmas tree in early December. We get a live tree so we have to wait a little while longer than we'd like to make sure it won't die before the end of December. I decorate it with colored lights and a variety of fun, brightly colored ornaments. Thanks for the chance to win! I love this set!
