Customer Show n' tell

It is time to show off another one of our customers.  :)  Today I picked Maggie! Make sure to check out her blog for some more shots of this beauty!  She made the cutest fall card using Sunflower Lula. I love the cute paper she used and the adorable leaves at her feet.  So cute!! Sugarplum Geisha's

When Nancy showed me these cards she made with the Geisha's I knew I needed to do a post with them.  They are beautiful!  She used the C.C.Designs Sugarplums Geisha Emma stamps.  She also used the Petals and Branch C.C. Design Team Make It Monday - Coloring Pumpkins/Die cuts with Copics

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here! With all the new CC Designs Halloween stamps and dies, I thought I could share a quick tutorial on how I color the pumpkins I make with my CC Cutters Pumpkins Die. Here is what you need:

CC Cutters Pumpkins Die
Copics: Y15, 19, YR04, 07, 09

*************************************

1. Give your pumpkin a yellow base colouring it all with Y15, then add lines with YR09 where you want your darkest areas to be and to give depth to your pumpkin.

*************************************

2. Use YR06 to cover the lines you have just made and widen the orange area.

*************************************

3. Now use YR04 to continue expanding the orange area.

*************************************

4. Now add Y19 and blend.

*************************************

5. Start colouring again with YR09 where you want your darkest areas to be, then YR06, YR04 and Y19. And here is what you get:

I have coloured several die cuts and used them on a card with the adorable Laugh Pumpkin and a sentiment from the So Wordy set...

Customer Show n' tell

Hi everyone!  I hope you are having a great week.  We are going to be trying some new features on the blog.  I have chosen a customer to feature on the blog.  I hope you enjoy her project as much as I did when I found it.  Let's just say that playing along with the challenges could get you featured.  ;)  I will be looking around blogland as well to see if I can catch you using C.C. Designs images. We would also love to see you using some of the techniques we have used on MIM posts.   

 

I have chosen Carlyann as our first customer feature.  :)  She used Swiss Pixie Birthday Gretel on her project.  I think this turned out so cute! I love the soft colors and the adorable paper she paired with it.  You can see more shots of this adorable card on Carlyann's blog here.<------

Birthday Bash Blog Hop

We are so excited today to celebrate Christine’s birthday!  We decided to celebrate in style and have a big old birthday party blog hop for her.  I hope you are ready to party.

 

 Christine is the best and we love working with her.  She is always bending over backwards to make sure we are taken care of as a team.  We loves ya girl!!!  Happy Birthday!!  I would sing but no one wants to hear it.  ;) (Believe me)

Design Team Make It Monday- Under the sea coloring

Hi! Amy Y. here with a new Make It Monday tutorial. Today I want to share a Copic coloring video showing how I create an under water look with my stamped images. Little Snorkel Beatrice by CC Designs was the perfect girl to help me share my technique. And I also achieved a nice finishing touch with some vellum and the Bubble Border die on my completed card.  :)

Wednesday Review ~ Mashi stamps
