Do you ever experience “crafter’s block” and have a hard time coming up with new ideas? What do you do if/when that happens? 

When I need some inspiration, I take a look at some of my favorite cards I have around my craft room and use a layout that I really like to get back into the swing of things.  

What is your personal style when it comes to cardmaking?

I think I have a range of styles...from cute and fun to shabby chic and somewhere in between!

Pattie did an awesome job with all the coloring of this *New* C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie The Group Rubber Stamp. I love that she paper-pieced parts of their clothing - doing that gave it a nice touch!

And I love her choice of sentiment from the *New* AmyR Stamps Handy Christmas Greetings Rubber Stamps - PERFECT with this image.

Favourite time of day for stamping:

I prefer to stamp during the day (on my day's off), but since I work full-time as an Office Manager and have a busy family, I find myself stamping late at night after my husband goes to bed. 

Where do you find your inspiration for your cards? Do you have any blogs/websites/magazines that you turn to often for inspiration?

I am inspired by so many talented card makers and their blogs which are listed on my blog. I also like PaperCrafts magazine.

I love the card Pattie's created using the new C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Baby Jesus & Angel Rubber Stamp along with a sentiment from the AmyR Stamps Handy Christmas Greetings Rubber Stamps.

I love how she positioned the sentiment amid the leaf diecuts made with the C.C. Designs Cutter Leaves Die.

Are you a messy crafter or a crafter who needs a clean and clear space to work in?

In lfe, I am a very neat person, but my craft room always seems to get very messy very quickly.  I have more mojo when my room is clean though!

 

What is your preferred method for coloring in stamped images?

I love my Copic Markers!!! Once I invested in them, I try to use them as much as possible!

Do you like to use patterned papers on your cards? What are some of your favourite paper lines?

I absolutely love patterned paper...it's truly an obsession! You can find it on every card! My faves are My Mind's Eye, Webster's Pages and Basic Grey.

I couldn't help but grin when I saw this card Pattie made using the new *New* C.C. Designs Reindeer Lights Rubber Stamps and *New* C.C. Designs "Sparkly Wishes" Rubber Stamp.

I got a kick out of how she took it literal and made all the bulbs on the *New* C.C. Designs Cutter Christmas Bulb Border Die glittery!! Notice she added teeny lines to the bulbs as well - I love attention to detail like that!

And then THIS card using the new *New C.C. Designs Laugh Lines Christmas Car Rubber Stamp and sentiments from the *New* AmyR Stamps Big Christmas Wishes Rubber Stamps is just too cute for words. I LOVE Christine's new Laugh Lines stamps and this one is one of my new favorites! And Pattie's card with it's bright colors is perfect!
